Classes

Attendance Sheets are made from a class, so setting one up is what opens sheets by themselves. Nothing already filed changes when a class does.
A class is a course actually being taught: who teaches it, when it meets, and where.

No more sheets open by themselves. Every sheet these have already opened stays exactly as it is, and nothing is deleted.

No class here matches that.
Try a shorter search, or widen one of the two choices above.

No class has been set up yet.

Until one exists, no Attendance Sheet can open. Six short steps make one: answer the first two and the class exists.

First
How it is taught, and what it is called.
Then
Its instructors, its days and times.
Last
Who is on the Roster. A sheet opens with all of them.
